Another Barbeau-Olson collaboration in downtown Grand Marais. This three-story retail store and outfitters building has a top floor owner's apartment with a rental apartment unit below, with windows to the east overlooking the shore of Lake Superior.

After Fall River Holding purchased the Superior Coastal Sports Building in early 2010, Barbeau-Olson re-collaborated to design an addition to the building and to re-image the property. One thousand square feet were added to bring the total retail area up to 3,600 SF.  The top floor owner's apartment and the rental apartment unit below were finally completed to fulfill the new needs and original design vision.
