A multiple-use commercial building that houses the North Shore Federal Credit Union (with a drive-up banking), the Moondance coffee shop and the Lutsen Real Estate Group offices on a clerestory loft above. Since its completion in 2006, the coffee shop has become a focal point for community gatherings.
