A product selection center super-store serving residential builders and their customers in a building  that used to be a Knox Lumber warehouse. Two new arched entrances were created, loading docks added on the far side and a new roof design with dormers and cupolas was put in place. It was demolished for future development during the last housing recession.

A 3,200 square foot family dental clinic in Mound, MN in a building that was once a fast food restaurant. The drive-through canopy on the other side of the building now shelters a shady patio lunch spot for the staff.
